As stated by Lilliana Allena, president of the Alba International White Truffle Fair "The challenge of the organizers of major events is to give answers for many needs in a very short time. The truffle fair must be this: many tourist products, all of quality, to bring to the market with the times of Amazon raw and to live with the slow pace of our tradition.Managing an increasingly fast demand and an offer that will only be successful if it remains slow, is the goal of the fair and of the whole tasty Piedmont tourist system. We win with governance, companies, models and technologies, all very smart ".
